48 hour cancellation, rescheduling and no show policy
Your appointments are very important to us and each is a time reserved especially for you. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or adjustments are unavoidable.
We respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your appointment without giving us sufficient notice we miss out on the opportunity to refill that appointment.
We will now be requiring card details to secure all future bookings, failure to comply with our policy will result in a 50% charge of the service you have booked.
